What data we collect
- Details you submit through our contact, booking and property-inquiry forms: name, email, phone number and your message.
- The property reference you enquired about.
- Basic technical and usage data (only if you accept analytics cookies — see below).
Why we use it and legal basis
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and provide the real estate services you request (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request), and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies unless you accept them. The Google Analytics tag runs on every page, but until you click “Accept” it operates in a cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode v2): it stores nothing on your device and sends only aggregated measurement. Google still receives your IP address and the page address as part of that request, and uses the IP to derive an approximate location; it is not retained in our reports. Accepting also enables advertising cookies, which let Google measure and personalise the ads that brought you here. You can decline or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; declining does not affect access to the site.
Server-side measurement
When you submit a form, our own server reports the enquiry to Google Analytics as a conversion, so we can tell which channels produce genuine enquiries even when a browser blocks scripts. If you accepted cookies, that report includes a one-way hash (SHA-256) of your email address and phone number, which Google uses to match the conversion to an ad click (“enhanced conversions”). If you did not accept, no personal data is attached. The report then carries which form you used, the page address, the language you were reading in, and two technical identifiers — one for the session and one for the browser — neither of which is stored on your device when you have declined. The answers you typed into the form are not sent.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our email and hosting providers strictly to deliver your enquiry to us. Where you have accepted cookies, measurement data — including the hashed identifiers described above — is shared with Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC) for analytics and advertising measurement. That involves a transfer to the United States, made under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you accepted cookies, how you use the pages is also analysed by Contentsquare (Contentsquare SA, France), which acts as our processor and does so on our instructions only. Its tag redacts personal data before it leaves your browser and this cannot be switched off by us: what you type into form fields, email addresses, telephone-like and card-like numbers and any number of nine digits or more are never recorded. What is analysed is behaviour — scrolling, clicks, the order of the pages — not the content you enter.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for 12 months from the date of your enquiry and then deleted automatically, unless a longer period is required to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. To exercise any right, email info@yaninarealestate.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
