I live and work in Barcelona, and I run each deal myself — from the first conversation to the entry in the land registry. People come to me choosing Spain for the first time, and people who have lived here for years: buying a second flat, changing district, moving closer to the sea. The point is the same — someone beside you who answers for the outcome.
I work both sides: I find properties for buyers — those arriving from abroad and those already living in Spain — and I sell homes for owners in Barcelona and along the coast. On a purchase I represent you, not the seller: those are different roles, and I do not combine them. Paperwork, banking and the notarial side are handled by separate specialists; mine is the search, the negotiation, the timetable and the oversight.

Valuing and selling your property
A valuation built on completed sales rather than asking prices, a sale strategy, and access to international buyers through the CENTURY 21 network.
Reading the market before you decide
Prices by district, what the purchase and the ownership cost, and what the letting rules allow — before you choose a property, not after.
Coordinating the partners
The NIE, the account, the mortgage, the escritura — these are done by the gestoría, the broker, the lawyer and the notary. My part is the introduction, the file and the dates, so that nothing stalls.

Where it helps, I can arrange additional service through reliable intermediaries: lawyers and notaries, a gestoría, a mortgage broker, a tax adviser, contractors — people with deep experience across transactions and services at every level. I introduce you, gather the paperwork and hold the deadlines, so you do not have to find each of them yourself.
